Please read these terms carefully before booking your journey with us
1.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment (typically 30% to 50% of the total tour cost) and you receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp from SCS Travel.
1.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash (subject to prior approval). All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
1.3 Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the tour start date or upon arrival in Varanasi as agreed. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of services.
1.4 Pricing: All prices quoted are subject to change based on seasonality, availability, and government taxes. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is locked for that specific itinerary.
2.1 Cancellation by Traveler:
2.2 Cancellation by SCS Travel: If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding force majeure), you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule to a later date.
2.3 Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
3.1 Vehicle Policy: We provide private AC vehicles as per the itinerary. Vehicle models may vary based on availability, but we ensure comparable quality.
3.2 Driver Responsibility: Our drivers are experienced and verified. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, or government restrictions.
3.3 Pickup & Drop: Pickup and drop are included from Varanasi Airport/Railway Station as per the itinerary. Additional charges apply for early/late hours (10 PM to 6 AM).
4.1 Hotel Standards: We provide 2-3 star category hotels on twin-sharing basis. Actual hotel names are shared 3-5 days before arrival.
4.2 Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.
4.3 Amenities: While we ensure clean and comfortable stays, we do not guarantee specific amenities like Wi-Fi, swimming pools, or room service.
5.1 Limitation of Liability: SCS Travel acts as an intermediary between you and service providers (hotels, transport, guides). We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by third-party providers.
5.2 Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss. SCS Travel does not provide travel insurance.
5.3 Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your personal belongings. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
5.4 Health & Safety: You must inform us of any medical conditions or special needs before booking. We are not liable for any health issues arising during the tour.
6.1 Respect Local Customs: Varanasi is a sacred city. Please dress modestly when visiting temples and remove footwear where required. Photography may be restricted in certain areas.
6.2 Behavior: Any disruptive, illegal, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
6.3 Alcohol & Drugs: Consumption of alcohol or drugs is prohibited during temple visits and at religious sites. We reserve the right to cancel services if found intoxicated.
SCS Travel shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, riots, strikes, floods, earthquakes, or extreme weather. In such events, we will work to reschedule or provide credit notes (non-refundable).
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
SCS Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
